    1. What is the turnaround time?

    The normal turnaround time is 3 weeks if items need to ordered from my supplier. If items are in stock, the turnaround time is 5 -10 days.

    2. Can I provide my own items?

    Yes!

    3. What types of items can be printed?

    We can decorate most items with one of the many processes we offer.

    4. How many colors can i use?

    Each process has its limitations. We will review your logo, and suggest the best process to achieve the highest quality at the lowest price.

    5. Can you do rush jobs?

    We specialize in rush jobs and NEVER charge a rush fee. Let us know when you need it and we’ll let you know if it’s possible.

    6. What is your minimum?

    Depending on the process you choose, the minimum could be as low as 1 piece.

    7. Can you ship my order?

    No problem. We ship daily!
